Job summary
A trading officer is responsible for managing digital exchange services between the company and her clients. He or she performs other functions in relation to customer services and book keeping .
Core Responsibilities
- Perform exchange transactions with clients and ensure customers derive optimal satisfaction from trading experience.
- Ensure adequate documentation of work data through book keeping.
- Manage customers services and other enquiries.
- promote company’s brand through marketing efforts .
- perform other functions as may be necessary in the line of work.
Key Requirements
- Must possess educational qualifications ranging from ND/HND/BSC.
- Good knowledge of microsoft office tools and internet applications
- Detailed and target oriented with goal mindset
- Excellent team spirit and communications skill
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptionally smart and proactive
