Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund 2024-25 (Fully Funded)
All International Students who are applying for the Masters or Doctoral program from all over the world are eligible to apply for a Fully Funded Scholarship at Arqus European University Alliance based on merit. All expenses will be provided by the European Government. The Scholarship is available for the postgraduate level. There is No Application Fee required to apply. International students have a fantastic opportunity to study at one of the topmost partner universities in Europe.
On November 27, 2018, the Arqus European University Alliance was formally created in Brussels. The Arqus European University Alliance is founded by nine elite universities in Europe to expand the possibilities for interdisciplinary collaboration. They are Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Lyon 1, Maynooth, Minho, Padua, Vilnius and Wroclaw. Arqus students are a member of a network of more than 300,000 students from all over Europe, representing many countries. By encouraging combined PhD and post-doctoral activity as well as access to research infrastructures shared by the nine universities, the Alliance also aids early career researchers.
Financial Benefits:
Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at Arqus European University Alliance 2024-25 will benefit you with 1,400.00€/month. This is the allowance for your expenses either the living costs, medical insurance or a materials allowance. The Arqus Talent Scholarship will cover the tuition fee.

Eligibility Criteria:
The Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at Arqus European University Alliance 2024-25, will base on the following eligibility criteria:
- The student should be international and applying for a Ph.D. program in a partner university in Europe
- The student should admit to the doctoral program with a minimum B grade in the previous master’s record.
- The student must have sufficient language proficiency equivalent to a B2 in any of the language Alliance.
Application Deadline:
The last date to apply for Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund 2024-25 is different for both Masters and PhD degree programs.
- The first call, aimed at doctoral students only, is open from 31 March 2024 to 31 May 2024 (23:59 CEST).
- The second call, aimed at Master’s students only, is open from 3 May 2024 to 3 July 2024 (23:59 CEST).
- The third call, aimed at Master’s students only, is open from 2 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 (23:59 CEST).
