Job Description

NIIT is looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of our Canada Marketing Team which will. The position will report to the Director of Marketing, Canada. The position is currently remote, but candidates are required to be based in the GTA. The manager will work as part of a diverse team committed to delivering high performance and growth.

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted individuals will be required to present samples of prior campaigns and marketing initiatives and may have to complete an assignment.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and craft integrated campaigns including but not limited to paid digital advertising, email marketing and social media marketing across channels.
  • Ability to curate and gather content and conceptualize it into meaningful content such as videos, articles, and blogs for omnichannel marketing
  • Proficient in performance marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Knowledge of field marketing and the ability to lead on in person events.
  • Proficient in social media campaigns across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining high productivity
  • Knowledge of platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua

  • Experience working with a career college or university
  • Excellent knowledge of local landscape and culture in Ontario
  • Social media analytics and reporting proficiency


  • Manage lead generation initiatives and campaigns across channels.
  • Manage social media calendar, content, and reporting across social media channels.
  • Work with subject matter experts to conceptualize and deliver integrated and performance marketing campaigns
  • Lead NIIT’s event marketing initiatives across both virtual and in-person (when applicable) events and tradeshows.
  • Work with partners and vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
