APHA Kaiser Permanente Community Health Scholarship 2024/2025 Application
The APHA Kaiser Permanente Community Health Scholarship is a competitive scholarship program that awards $5,000 to students pursuing a degree in public health or a related field. The scholarship is open to students who are committed to improving the health of underserved communities.
Selection Criteria:
The scholarship selection committee will review applications based on the following criteria:
- Academic achievement
- Demonstrated commitment to improving the health of communities
- Financial need
- Personal statement
- Letters of recommendation
Eligibility:
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in public health or a related field
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving the health of underserved communities
- Be in good academic standing
How to Apply:
- Complete the online application form
- Submit a personal statement that describes your academic and professional goals, as well as your commitment to improving the health of underserved communities.
- Submit two letters of recommendation from faculty members or professionals who can attest to your academic ability and potential for success in public health.
- Submit an official transcript from your undergraduate or graduate institution.
