Digital Marketing Executive at the WeCo Communications

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, leveraging various digital channels and setting measurable KPIs.
Collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging content for social media, web, and email campaigns.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
Conduct thorough keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Implement multivariate and A/B tests to optimize the online user experience and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through market research and analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in B2C social media marketing, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Working knowledge of ad tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong creative writing skills and the ability to craft compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
