DUTIES:

Conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other geographic features.
Creating maps, charts, and reports based on survey data.
Providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, property development, and land use planning.
Using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to collect survey data.
Interpreting legal documents, property records, and other relevant information to ensure accurate survey results.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to support design and construction projects.
Adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all surveying activities.
Staying updated on advancements in surveying technology, regulations, and industry best practices effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members throughout the surveying process.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying and property ownership.

Qualifications

BA/BSc/HND in Surveying
Professional qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC qualification experience.
Candidates must have worked as Surveyor for a construction company

Internal Auditor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site ole for an Internal Auditor located in Lagos.
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, analyzing financial data, and preparing audit reports.
The role will also require strong communication skills to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations.

Finance and Communication skills
Experience in conducting financial audits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
