Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching: Deliver inspiring and effective courses in the MBA program, fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and practical application of business concepts.
Research: Engage in relevant research activities, contributing to the scholarly reputation of the university. Actively pursue opportunities for publications and conference presentations.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.
Service: Contribute to the university community through active participation in committee work, program development, and other service activities.

Qualifications

A MSc or Ph.D in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students at the postgraduate level.
A potential for research and a willingness to contribute to the academic community.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
