Marketing Manager at BLUETTI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase market share, and drive sales growth in Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
Arrange marketing activities; manage and distribute marketing materials;
Be able to establish a marketing team in the future.

Job Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
More than 3 years of rich marketing experience, especially working experience in solar system SHS companies;
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
Creativity and innovative thinking.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
