Job Role
A pharmaceutical company in Lagos Nigeria with many years of being in operation is now recruiting for the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Profile:
- Supervising the overall sales in Nigeria market;
- Supervise product detailing and presentations with stakeholders;
- Execute strategies on market penetration;
- Develop and implement an effective distribution and redistribution of the goods within localities within the country.
- Drawing up and implementing/ and monitoring plans and budgets;
- Developing and leading the sales team so they perform at their best;
- Collaborating with other departments to match resources with commercial objectives;
- Identifying opportunities and threats, and taking appropriate action;
- Issuing reports and analyses, including recommendations, to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science related field.
- A good proven record in sales with experience in new product launch, redistribution of goods.
- Proactive with strong leadership skills and a team builder
- Age range from 31 to 40 years
