Role Description

• We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth.
• This is a full-time remote role.
• The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Additionally, the Sales Team Lead will collaborate with marketing and finance departments to ensure alignment and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Team Management: experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Customer Service: strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales: proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
