Senior Business Analyst at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities:

Business Process Review and Risk Mitigation:

Conduct end-to-end reviews of assigned business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks.
Propose solutions and opportunities for process efficiency improvements.

Expertise in E-banking and IT:

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in e-banking and information technology.
Apply this knowledge to develop, execute, and enhance action plans.
Provide guidance to colleagues on best practices and the application of technology solutions.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Engage with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align efforts and meet customer needs.

Project Leadership and Management:

Lead or participate in multiple projects, ranging from small to mid-size initiatives.
Manage project documentation, scope, schedules, and milestones.
Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Process Design and Improvement:

Analyze and design complex business and systems processes.
Focus on quality improvement and data management.
Recommend process enhancements or re-engineering.
Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones.

Effective Communication:

Keep stakeholders informed through formal and informal communication methods (emails, presentations, and updates).
Facilitate project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, etc.)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is advantageous.
