Senior HR Manager at TeamAce Limited
Job Summary
As our Senior Human Resource Manager, you will have a strong background in Human Resource Business Partnering, coupled with extensive experience in various HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding and develop and implement talent management strategies whilst conducting talent reviews and succession planning.
- Serve as point of contact for employee relations issues and conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and manage HR administration like payroll, benefits, HRIS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, CIPM) highly desirable.
- Minimum 8 years HR experience with focus on business partnering.
