Position 1: Digital Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Create compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless customer journey from interest to conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Excellent Video creation and editing skills
- Excellent graphic skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Must have access to working tools regularly and work remotely
