Marketing Manager at BLUETTI
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase market share, and drive sales growth in Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
- Arrange marketing activities; manage and distribute marketing materials;
- Be able to establish a marketing team in the future.
Job Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- More than 3 years of rich marketing experience, especially working experience in solar system SHS companies;
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
